Book 1 covers all clinical criteria, and Book 2 covers support and corporate criteria. Electronic copy (Book 1 and 2) $57.50 Hard copy (Book 1 and 2) DAA Group Clients: $172.50 DAA Group non-clients: $201.25 All prices are inclusive of GST. The books can be ordered by downloading this form and emailing it to Margot Broadhead - [email protected] At our seminars in November, we will run a session that updates people on the principles of EQuIP, and the changes that have resulted in EQuIP 6.
