Demystifying the differences in those people around us in order to build understanding, respect and improved communication is a building block for a quality organisation. Building a workforce that is aligned with the organisation’s values and goals. Reducing conflict and improving listening. Must do’s for a quality organisation. When staff work effectively together it is much easier to find satisfactory solutions to some of the problems you face, frustrations are reduced, staff turnover is lower and consumers receive a higher standard of care.
